By utilizing our volume rate structure, we normally add the freight costs to your invoice so you receive the best deal possible. Our best freight rates are with UPS, but if require your parts shipped with a different carrier please advise us at the time of placing your order.

UPS - Best rates, best coverage and service, international deliveries and brokerage services. Regular daily service, Saturday and next day delivery to most points. We ship standard(unless advised otherwise). Please let us know if you do not want your order to be shipped with UPS. We use many other courriers if you are in an area not covered by UPS.

ORDER INFORMATION
Please use the part number (s) utilizing the three letter prefix code. Where it applies, be sure to provide size, colour, etc. and any important information we might need to make sure you get the right part.

TERMS
All orders will be shipped prepaid ( cash, credit card, money order or certified cheque ) only. All other charges are extra- shipping, boxing, handling and insurance.

PRICING
All prices quoted or displayed on this web site are in Canadian $ dollars and are F.O.B. Dundas, Ontario. All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuating material, manufacturing and U.S. dollar costs.

DELIVERY
All products will be shipped by the most economical method, unless specified otherwise by the customer. UPS standard ground is our most preferred shipping carrier for small to medium size packages. Overnight and airfreight deliveries are available if requested. Bodies and body panels, depending on the size, normally require shipping by truck freight and there is a boxing charge. If a complete body is ordered, Grisdale Racing Products will pay the boxing charge. We cannot ship to P.O. box numbers so make sure to provide us with a physical street address or if in a rural area the lot, concession and township.

PROVINCIAL SALES TAX
Will be added to the purchase price unless a current, verified tax exemption certificate is on file at Grisdale Racing Products. Out of province sales will be provincial tax free except the Eastern provinces utilizing the HTS tax system.

BACK ORDERS
Unless advised otherwise by the customer, all backorders will be held and shipped as soon as they come in. At all times any backordered items will try to be linked or coordinated with any future orders to minimize shipping expense.

DAMAGED OR MISSING SHIPMENTS
Any damage claims must be filed by the customer with the freight carrier immediately upon receiving. Save all packaging, packing material and the damaged merchandise for inspection by the freight carrier, otherwise no damage claims will be honored. Any missing shipments must be reported to Grisdale Racing Products within three business days.

RETURNS
No returns will be accepted without prior approval. A Returned Goods Authorization number (RGA#) will be issued and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. ALL returned goods are subject to a 20% restocking charge, which will be applied as a credit or exchange. No cash refunds. All returned merchandise must be returned in the original package. There will be no returns on special orders or on any parts that have been installed. No return on wheels or tires.
